The LabeLase 40XX series is InfoSight's high-speed metal tag printer line, built for production environments where the LabeLase 1000 or 30XX can't keep pace. It's roughly ten times faster than the LabeLase 1000, making it especially valuable when production line speeds increase or when tags need to carry more data than a lower-tier printer can produce efficiently.
Physically, the 40XX is slightly larger than the LabeLase 30XX but still fits comfortably on a desktop, inside control cabinets and pulpits, or as a stand-alone unit in its own cabinet — high throughput without requiring a dedicated industrial footprint.
The line is available in three laser configurations — 60W, 80W, or 100W — sold individually as the LabeLase 4060, 4080, and 4100. Each marks InfoSight metal tags from 3" to 5" wide, with continuous roll or single-tag feed, manual or network data input, and USB, Ethernet, or Serial connectivity. All three include free Producer™ software for tag design and layout.
