LabeLase® 4080 Tag Printer

The LabeLase 4080 is the 80-watt laser configuration in InfoSight's 40XX tag printer line, built for facilities that need meaningfully faster output than lower-wattage desktop printers without stepping up to a full industrial installation. It's up to 10 times faster than InfoSight's LabeLase 1000, while still fitting comfortably on a desktop, inside control cabinets and pulpits, or within a stand-alone enclosure.

It marks InfoSight metal tags from 3" to 5" (76mm–127mm) wide, with high-speed continuous batch printing from a 300-foot (91m) coil, or single-tag feed when you need one-off marking. Data input comes from either manual entry or your network, and Serial, Ethernet, or USB connections keep it flexible to integrate into existing systems.

At 80 watts, the 4080 sits between the 60W and 100W configurations in the same 40XX family, giving you a mid-tier speed option if the base model isn't fast enough but the top-tier 100W unit is more capacity than you need. It prints all common barcode types and includes free Producer™ software, Windows-compatible, for creating and managing tag layouts.
