M10HE Manual Embosser

The M10HE is CIM's entry-level manual embossing system, built as a low-cost alternative for personalizing small quantities of metal plates and tags — military ID (dog tags), medical warning tags, cable tags, hose tags, and general part identification. Its manual operation and light weight make it especially well suited for field use, where power access isn't guaranteed.

At just 28 lbs (13 kg), it's genuinely portable, with an easy-carry handle for moving between locations without hardware or setup. A 60-character capacity drum with numbers and punctuation marks, automatic interspacing, and free-format layout across the whole plate give you flexible personalization without needing software or a computer connection.

The M10HE is available in two configurations: an embossing version (Simplex 2 or OCRB1 fonts) and a debossing version (Elite Dog Tag font), covering both raised and impressed marking depending on your application. It marks stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, and is ideal for low to medium tag volumes rather than continuous production.
