MDM2000 Dot Peen Metal Tag Embosser

The MDM2000 is a fully automatic dot peen marking machine that stamps metal tags using any true Windows-type font, along with logos and custom graphics — a cost-effective, durable alternative to traditional stamping and dies. Because it works with actual system fonts rather than a fixed character set, layout flexibility is close to unlimited: mixed fonts, custom logos, and graphics can all appear on the same tag.

Automatic feed keeps it running through continuous production batches with minimal operator intervention, and an LCD edit function lets an operator make on-the-fly adjustments directly at the machine without going back to a computer. At 200 DPI resolution and 50 dots per second marking speed, it produces legible, durable marks on aluminum, copper, and brass tags, with text, logos, and graphics rotatable at 90°, 180°, or 270° to fit tag orientation.

The MDM2000 ships with Powertag Lite software for creating and managing tag layouts and data, and connects to Windows XP, Vista, or 7 systems for production control.
