The ME1000S DM is a manual-feed electronic embosser that marks both standard alphanumeric characters and 2D Data Matrix barcodes on aluminum and steel tags. The Data Matrix format packs a high volume of scannable data into a small area of the tag, useful anywhere detailed record data needs to travel with the part but space for marking is limited.
Manual feed puts the operator in direct control of loading and positioning, making it a strong fit for lower-volume runs or jobs where tag size and layout change frequently — the same practical advantage as the standard ME1000S, with barcode marking capability added on top. For continuous, high-volume production, the automatic ME2000S DM is also available.
Operation runs through a built-in 7" WVGA color touchscreen with an icon-based multi-level menu, and the ME1000S DM supports IoT remote access and management entirely over the web or via VNC. It connects via USB, Ethernet, or WiFi, integrating cleanly into an existing factory or office network.
