ME 1000S Metal Tag Embosser

The ME1000S is a manual-feed electronic embosser built for shops and facilities that need direct operator control over each plate, rather than continuous automated batch production. Its adjustable, single-access-point plate input/output gives an operator hands-on control over loading and positioning, making it a strong fit for varied jobs, smaller runs, or applications where tag layouts and materials change frequently between pieces.

It emboss, indents, or debosses stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and brass tags and plates across a wide range of sizes, shapes, and thicknesses. A large selection of embossing fonts is available to match different application requirements.

A built-in 7" WVGA color touchscreen keeps operation straightforward, with an icon-based multi-level menu and password-protected configuration. The ME1000S also supports IoT remote access and management over the web or via VNC, plus USB, Ethernet, and WiFi connectivity — so even a manual-feed machine integrates cleanly into an existing factory or office network. For continuous, high-volume production, Cancard also carries the fully automatic ME2000S.
