ME 2000S Metal Tag Embosser

The ME2000S is a fully automatic electronic embosser built for heavy-duty, high-volume metal tag and plate production, where the manual-feed ME1000S would slow you down. Automatic loading and unloading, with a hopper capacity of 200-250 plates, keeps production running continuously with minimal operator intervention — a meaningful step up in throughput over semi-automatic alternatives.

It emboss, indents, or debosses stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and brass tags and plates, and runs up to 231 tags per hour at 55 characters per tag. Automotive, shipbuilding, military, steel plant, logistics, and fire protection operations use it for serial number tags, cable and hose labels, asset inventory plates, and industrial nameplates.

A built-in 7" WVGA color touchscreen keeps day-to-day operation simple, with a multi-level icon-based menu and password-protected configuration for shop-floor security. The ME2000S also supports IoT remote access and management — setup and operation can run entirely through the web or via VNC — plus USB, Ethernet, and WiFi connectivity for integration into an existing factory or office network.
