ME550 CR80

The ME550 CR80 embosses aluminum and stainless steel tags in the standard CR80 format — 85.6mm x 54mm (3.37" x 2.13"), the same size used for ID cards and badges. That fixed sizing makes it a strong fit for permanent, durable ID plates meant to pair with existing CR80 card systems, badge holders, or asset tags where a standard footprint matters more than custom sizing.

Like the rest of the ME550 line, it's built portable and self-contained for use on the factory floor or in an office setting, and runs on the same 7" WVGA touchscreen platform with IoT remote access and management over the web or VNC. USB, Ethernet, and WiFi connectivity round out its integration options.

Marking uses the 3mm Simplex 2 embossing font as standard, producing permanent, tamper-resistant text that holds up better than printed or laminated alternatives for long-term ID use.
