Unlike the Flexi Tag Data Matrix model, this version focuses purely on embossed alphanumeric marking using a 60-character embossing wheel, rated for the life of the machine, and Block 5mm font as standard. It marks metal tags up to 2.36" x 2.56", giving consistent, permanent identification well suited to field and job-site use.
Operation runs through the same 7" WVGA color touchscreen used across the ME550 line, with IoT remote access and management over the web or via VNC, and USB, Ethernet, or WiFi connectivity. Production runs up to 144 tags per hour, keeping it practical for both one-off jobs and steady production runs.
